The Apostle Paul, in writing to the Corinthians wrote,

"All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God." (2 Cor. 5:18-20)

Road to Emmaus Pilgrimages, Ambassadors for Christ understand & appreciate the importance of being servants of the Lord, and we do so with a humble heart.

Servents of the LORD!

Supporting CHRISTIAN presence

The Christians of the Holy Land constitute only 1.3% of the total population. When you travel with Road to Emmaus Pilgrimages, be sure that we will try our best to give you an authentic Christian experience. It is not because others give less service, but because many of the 1.5% of Christians are totally dependent on tourism and need our support. They own restaurants, shops, olive wood factories, etc. If we do not support them, they will run out of options and immigrate.

What will happen to the Christian Holy Land after that? It will turn into a Christian museum full of old stones but without the living stones' spirit. We will, therefore, try as much as possible to support the Christian community.

The Christians of the Holy Land need and must have a decent life to preserve the Christian heritage and identity in the homeland of Christ. There is no other alternative!

"Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2)

"And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." (Galatians 6:9)

Therefore encourage one another and build up each other, as indeed you are doing."    (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
